Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy

Pre-payment is required to book your session or service, no exceptions. This shop accepts all major credit-cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay & PayPal. My booking calendar powered by Calendly currently only accepts PayPal payments, but you can check-out as a "guest" and do not require a PayPal account to process payment.
 
Alternative Payment Methods Accepted
 
I will, according to my own discretion, accept alternative payment methods. If you cannot submit payment via any of the methods mentioned above, please follow these steps:
 
Contact me with this information -
(1) The service you are interested in: either a Spirit Consultant session with me or Questions Answered via DM / E-mail
(2a)
Your preferred Payment Method (see note below).
(2b) Optional: Your preferred Date of the booking (based on the dates listed here when you click on the "Book Me Now")
(3) Your preferred point of contact for your session:
For a Spirit Consultant session with me - I will need to know if you wish to connect via Phone, Google Hangout, or Zoom (and your contact information - your phone number or e-mail address)
For Questions Answered via DM / E-mail - I will need to know where you wish to receive your channeled answers... either via FaceBook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messages, Twitter Direct Messages, TikTok Direct Messages or E-Mail.
 
Once I receive your e-mail I will send you further directions for completing your booking with me. I must receive the payment before the session is confirmed as booked or your questions will be answered. No exceptions.
 
Note: Alternative Payment Methods include (and are limited to) - Credit Card over the phone (powered via the Secure Payment Solution - Square App), OR Interac E-transfer.
 
Cancellation Policy
 
Once the booking is complete and payment has been received; Refunds & Exchanges are permissible if issued prior to services rendered and ONLY IF pre-paid sessions are cancelled or re-scheduled within 10 business days of the original booking date.
Sessions must be cancelled in writing.
Any session cancelled with less than 10 business days notice is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
If the scheduled date & time for the session has come & gone, but has not been completed (i.e. the client is a “no show”) & there has been no written communication to explain the "no show” or reschedule within 10 business days after the scheduled time of the session, that session is subject to a 100% cancellation fee (i.e. no refund will be issued). 
 
Note: Some exceptions may apply according to my discretion.
