Mental Health Emergency Resources

I firmly believe and support the notion that wellness is a 360 degree look at the self on all levels. Mentally, emotionally, physically AND spiritually. I may know a thing or five about Spirit Work, but I will be the first person to tell everyone who will listen the laundry-list of things I CANNOT do for you...

I'm also so very passionate about wellness for personal reasons. I've been facing some of my own hurdles in mental, emotional, physical AND spiritual wellness. My life right now is one focused on many moving parts & pieces to create WHOLENESS in my wellness plan.

In favour of supporting your 360 too, Babes - here is a Master List of Mental Health Emergency Resources. I've tried my best to focus on community, provincial, domestic & international resources. This list is of course not fully comprehensive, and should you know of any additional resources that would be handy or helpful to add here, please feel free to contact me.
